Caribbean Sea Beach House
Location: Hopkins, Belize, Caribbean (two miles south of Hamanasi and Jaguar Reef Resorts).

This is a new house boasting two condos where no expenses were spared. All furnishings are new.
Accommodations:
- House consists of two fully furnished condos with inside and outside stairs from second level condo to third level condo.
- Each condo consists of a canopy bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, dining, living, 52" TV, and studio apartment.
- Studio apartment consists of one room with a king bed, small kitchen, futon couch, and bathroom.
- Rent the entire house (both condos), one condo, up to two studio apartments, or up to two canopy bedrooms with kitchen and living room = a total of four individual units.
- All sections are separated or joined by a locked or unlocked door.
Each condos consists of two bedrooms, one large bedroom with a canopy bed, and the other is a studio apartment with a king bed. All beds have a pillow top mattress. The middle section of each condo consists of a full kitchen with bar, eat in kitchen area (bar table and 2 chairs), living room, and dining room.
Ten foot ceilings, glass doors, and windows, give ample views of the sea from every room.
Tile floors throughout, including decks and balconies.
There are ironing boards, irons, blow dryers, and everything needed to make your stay pleasurable.
The condo sits 130 feet from the waters edge. The water has a very gradual slope going out to the sea. It's great for children.
Fly into Belize city, rent a car and drive to our place on the beautiful Hummingbird Highway during daylight, about two and one half hours maximum. Great sightseeing of the land, or take a island hopper plane, Maya Air or Tropic Air to Dangriga. We can pick you up in Dangriga.
Three (2) person kayaks and bicycles for guests. You can kayak from our canal up the beautiful Sittee river.
A palapa is 20 feet from waters edge where you can enjoy a hammock or sit on a beach chair under the palapa.
The entire house is available for rent, and sleeps 8-20... has inside stairs.
Each large 1 bedroom is available for rent, and sleeps 2-6.
Each studio is available for rent and sleeps 2-4.
